Disclaimer: If you have any expectation date, please give me at least 1 month notice in advance, so we may discuss your commission request.

➔ You are not permitted to alter my artwork, remove my signature, resell, reference, copy, trace, nor claim my work as your own. Be sure to credit me when reposting my work➔ Turnaround time may vary on your commission type, queue, and waitlist. It can roughly be a week to a month.➔ My schedule is set for every week, I work on commissions or any owed art from Monday to Friday, Saturdays and Sundays are my off days!➔ All commissioned work is intended for personal/private use only and may not be used for profit in any way, unless commercial use is already discussed and arranged beforehand.➔ You cannot use any of my artwork for any and all NFT purposes, doing so will get you blacklisted and reported. Any current NFTs of my work is unauthorized and stolen.➔ You are limited to 4 changes during the sketch process, you will no longer be able to make changes once you reached this limit, or approved the sketch.➔ Harassment will not be tolerated, any kind of harassment will be an instant termination of your commission/s, and a refund will be issued.➔ As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork; social media post, portfolio showcase, price listing, or examples.➔ My commissions will have a limit of 8 clients, once this limit is maxed out you will be put onto a waiting list within my Trello.➔ I have the right to decline your commission request; if the design is too complex, the concept or pose is discomforting, or your concept or pose surpasses my capabilities.

What is Personal and commercial use?
Personal Use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as a wallpaper, avatar, on non-profit sites, printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.
Commercial Use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains. This includes; using the artwork for your brand, social media platforms that gain profit.Please note commissions for VTuber characters count as commercial use, if my work is used as a streaming asset, or to market in any kind of way.

Payment

Disclaimer: I am not responsible for the misuse of credit and debit card information, from a parental or guardian figure. Therefore, under said circumstances, i will not permit nor issue a refund.

➔ Payment is taken via paypal or ko-fi only. (USD)➔ payments will be done by invoice only, this is to prevent scammers from posing as me, and to protect my clients.➔ If an invoice is sent to you and it is not paid within 24 hours, your commission/slot will be revoked.➔ Refunds are not permitted once the sketch has been explicitly accepted!➔ Full Prepay for YCHS, adopts, and auctions. Unless stated otherwise on a post.➔ First half of your payment will be upfront, the rest will be paid once the sketch has been approved.➔ Payment plans are accepted only if it's discussed beforehand (or via social media post) and agreed upon both parties.
