Altering, removing my signature, tracing, and claiming my work as your own is prohibited.

All commissioned work is intended for personal/private use only and may not be used for profit in any way.

You are not to use my work nor upload my work (paid or not) into NFT/AI.

WIP sketches will be sent for approval and must be approved before the piece is finalized; only minor edits are permitted after approval. Once approved, the overall design and concept direction are final.

Clients are limited to four (4) revision requests during the sketch phase; any additional revisions will cost an additonal $10 USD fee per change. Revisions may affect turnaround time.

As the artist, I retain all rights to upload your commission for examples, pricelists, etc.

I hold the right to refuse service for any reason.

You must have a clear reference sheet with no shading and clear color palette.

If an invoice is not paid within 24 hours, your commission/slot will be revoked.

Full pre-pay for ychs, adopts, designs, and auctions.

Payment plans are accepted only if discussed beforehand.

Selling any of my designs to blacklisted members is NOT permitted.

Anthro Characters → I'm somewhat confident in drawing.

Feral Characters → I'm confident in drawing.

Couples Artwork → Romantic and platonic.

NSFW Content → Both sexual and non-sexual; scenes, solo scenes, pin-ups, etc.

Mild Gore → Blood, battle scars, etc. Please ask beforehand if this aligns to your ideal request.

Fan Art → Characters from television shows, movies, video games, and other media.

Partial mecha or robotic → Simplistic features involving mecha or robotic characteristics.

Personal shipping → My characters or sonas with yours, sfw only.

Drugs/Alcohol → In moderation and must be discussed beforehand.

Complex Species → Be warned, I can't promise it will be great, but I do accept complex or custom species.

Hate/Discrimination → This includes any art promoting homophobia, racism, slander, or other forms of hate speech or discrimination.

NSFW of visually underaged characters or minors → This includes characters that are “aged”. I do not create explicit content involving children or characters who appear as minors, fictional or not.

Extreme kinks → I do not draw artwork featuring scat, gore, urine, vore, inflation, rape, paws/feet, or pregnancy-related explicit themes.

Feral NSFW → I will not create explicit content involving animals. This includes animal genitalia on Anthro characters.

Excessive gore or abuse → Artwork depicting extreme violence, abuse, bodily harm, or romanticizing self-harm.

Misotheism or Atheism → I will not draw characteristics, symbols, nor designs with these themes.

Limited Time Commissions → I will not accept commissions that require me to have a due date of completion. Please commission me at a timely manner.
